How can I reduce my fat intake while on a low carb diet? - low fat coleslawyogurt
My doctor told me recently in a low carbohydrate diet, diabetic diet. I'm not a diabetic - yet. I have a very high resistance to insulin, in which you want to be treated with diet and exercise, and medication for diabetics. I eat everything that we, tracking, calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, fiber and protein. However, decreased my carbs, it seems to me fat intake has increased - as it is shown in the pie chart. Is it possible to reduce fat and carbs? The doctor wants me less than 35 carbs per day, which is very difficult to do, as it is. It appears that low-fat foods are high carbohydrate and high-fat foods have a lower carbohydrate. I'm happy about my blood lipids, blood pressure, and the general concern cardiovascular health. I would be glad any tips or advice you may have to offer.
Thank you!

I also have PCOS, insulin resistance and glucose intolerance. I followed the Atkins diet, and 12 months lost 125 pounds, all medications and my cycle is normal since. My triglycerides and LDL cholesterol were normal for the first time in my adult life! Although they tend to be aware of the sources of fat in my diet, no need to go really low carb low fat when .... I held the weight of three years. But if you want to continue to reduce fat, choose lean protein sources and the use of oils and fats, cooking methods for free. Omelets make protein and less cheese. Good luck with your low Carbing ... It works!
Stick to cuts of meat such as lean chicken and fish, preferably grilled or baked. synchronize with vegetables, only a few carbohydrates. Season foods with herbs or flavored vinegar instead of fats like butter or vinaigrette. This page is very useful to find the nutritional content of virtually any kind of food.

My answer is to be read very differently than anything I ever heard, and to understand with an open mind.
My "secret" to rising health costs is primarily based on the doctor ... proposed exercise.
My last visit to the doctor years ago, and it recormmended use of low-dose aspirin daily.
Now rarely used.
My theory is that we are the products of genetics, and once the medical community has focused more on this, I think we will see improvements.
Well .... Here is my secret
My job gives me the constant movement that keeps all parts of my body to be exercised.
Once you have driven a physician at NYU Medical Center, and his advice has blessed me with great health.
Base your diet on the garlic. Instead of doses of aspirin, use a clove of garlic per day, and try a salad with a Mediterranean diet with olive oil stick and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
However, exercise is the key.
What I mean by exercise is really tiresomeBody several times a week. To do this, and find ways to do to the hard work instead of comfort. Long walks. By car less. Always mow (the lawn and not) the nature of the meeting. Also help care for animals.
Not reduce the fat in the diet, simply use the "good fats" like olive oil. And ending with sugar.
You will find, like me, the garlic on your system, of course, the struggle (against the enemies of "harmful" as the doctor that I will never forget) ... Maintaining a low blood pressure, anti-virus to keep away insects. ...
And for those who are not like the smell of garlic, use Listerine (orange only want to save and marks as well) ... often ... as much as you can stand with assistance.
In this way you can be healthy as a bull.
Try it and see.
This is my "secret" and I urge every physician to find holes.
So you can reduce the carbohydrates and fats, which are (on lean meat) is not fried, like chicken, turkey and other lean. If we g of vegetables during the week, reaching the mark of C 35. But it's a secret ... Hit me up if u want to learn ...
You're right. Low fat foods are carbohydrates more. You need to eat more fat in a diet low in carbohydrates.
There is no one size fits all ideal nutrition for all. More and more experts to confirm. The guidelines of the "cake" does not apply to low-carbohydrate diet. Your doctor does not want you to count calories.
Do not go crazy with fat, but do not feel the need, the way it is prevented with more traditional eating habits, too. It will not work if you try to reduce excess fat.
I know that is difficult to remove an attitude. We were very fat-phobia. Low Carbing Really Works for many people.
